Perfect Family Beach Vacation Getaway in Beautiful Manzanillo, Mexico. Located in the Security Controlled private community of Club Santiago. You will have private access to the gorgeous beaches via a scenic walkway through the neighborhood. It is a short 5 minute walk (maybe less) to the beach. There are tons of nearby attractions and restaurants to visit during your stay. The Oasis Beach Club is a popular spot with English speakers as it is owned and operated by a Canadian. They offer nightly entertainment, a wonderful restaurant, a beach-side bar which has US Satellite TV, and a private beach area where you can be waited on by their staff while enjoying the beach. There is a Golf Course in the community that is available as well as many other beautiful golf courses in the immediate area. There is an Oxxo convenience store as well as a small supermarket where you can get anything you would need such as beach supplies, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc right at the entrance of the neighborhood which is in walking distance. The city of Manzanillo is just a short 10 minutes drive or cab ride. Manzanillo offers all of the amenities you could possibly need. There are many familiar US businesses available should you need anything while on your trip. Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Starbucks, and most of your favorite fast food choices are available. As well as a plethora of Mexican stores. Of course there are hundreds of other local restaurants, shops, outdoor markets, and attractions to visit as well. Offshore fishing is a very popular activity in Manzanillo. They hold the International Sail-fishing Tournament there every year. There is plenty to see and do while here for a visit.
The house is large and can accommodate up to 16 people. There are 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. 1 private upstairs master with in suite bathroom, couch, 2 full size beds, fully furnished, a closet, and an armoire for clothing storage. 1 downstairs master with in suite bathroom, couch, 2 full size beds, fully furnished with cable TV and an armoire for clothing storage. 2 downstairs bedrooms with 2 full size beds, fully furnished with built in closets. A shared bathroom downstairs for guests and downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all kitchen ware such as Glasses, Flatware, Utensils, Pots and Pans, and all necessary cooking items. There is a Microwave, Toaster Oven, Stove, and a Refrigerator. The dining room table can accommodate up to 10. The living area is spacious with seating for as many guests as you might have. There is a bar area adjacent to the Living Room with Sink and Refrigerator which would be perfect for bar-tending should you have a party. The Living Room has a Flat Panel TV with Local Cable TV. The back porch is furnished with plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate outdoor dining. There is a built in BBQ Pit and fans. The Backyard has a nice freshwater pool that is maintained and cleaned daily. It also has a nice seating area for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Daily Maid service can be added for a small additional charge. Maid service would include daily cleaning of the common area, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Laundering of all towels and sheets as necessary. The maid can prepare Breakfast and Lunch should your request it. Additional meals can be arranged. A shopping list can be provided to them or you can decide to let them make what they wish. The maids will not speak English so keep that in mind. The property is managed by a local property manager who can make any and all arrangements for you should the need arise. You will also have access to the owner or a representative who would be an English speaker to work through any communication issues you might have. A deposit and final cleaning fee might be required depending on time of the year and length of stay.
In full disclosure, a security camera is present in the common area of the house but does not have a view of the pool, bedrooms, or bathrooms of the house. It is just present for the security of the house when unoccupied.
