This home is located in a vey quiet neighborhood just NW of the N Hayden Rd & E Sweetwater Ave intersection in Central Scottsdale. Just minutes from the 101 loop, Kierland Commons, Talking Stick Entertainment area and Old Town Scottsdale.

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception.
