Come enjoy a unique retreat in our spacious lower level suite. Modeled after a 1920's speakeasy, our guests can enjoy listening to our vinyl collection while sipping a cocktail or craft-made coffee. Suite includes a kitchenette, washer/dryer, and fireplace. Conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and parks. Centrally located in Portland and just 3 miles from downtown.
This is a beautifully renovated basement apartment in an historic Irvington home from the early 1900's. You will have your own entrance that is off to the side of the house, and your suite is completely private and your own. There is a large living area with a record player, a beautiful vintage dining table with 4 chairs, a bright kitchenette with a hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and a plethora of coffee-making options. The Kitchenette also supplies you with a modest array of cocktail mixers (sorry, liquor is not included!). There are 2 separate bedrooms, a washer/dryer in the hall, and a full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.
PLEASE NOTE: Because this is an historic home, noise can travel between the floors and there is a couple and their baby living above you- you will be able to hear activity above you during normal daytime hours. We keep quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
Guests have full access to the private suite and can enjoy the small outdoor space, directly outside of the entrance. To enter the suite, guests will receive a code to a lockbox on the front door.
