You will cross a welcoming courtyard to the front door. After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the game room with a pool table, a game table, and Smart TV, followed by the dining area. After stepping down a few stairs, you'll be in the kitchen area which leads into the living room.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable contemporary-style furnishing including a spacious leather sofa, accent chairs, and a Smart TV. This space also offers access to the backyard oasis.
Kitchen: The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove. Enjoy breakfast or snacks in the adjacent nook with seating for four.
Dining Room: The separate dining area offers seating for six guests.
Family room: Enjoy a competitive game of billiards or a game of poker at the game table. This space also offers a Smart TV.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
