Summary: This Rocky Mountain riverside retreat was spectacular! We have always dreamed of staying in an A frame house and this was the perfect choice for my wife and I. Thisbcabin was the perfect location with the St Vrain river in the back yard. The mountain view, the sound of the water, the beautiful view of the mountain behind the cabin were awe inspiring. We loved the steps down to the river and the platform to meditate and soak in the morning sun and mountain air. This is a quiet area with only the sounds of nature. We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. The location is close to many of RMNP side access areas. The drive from the cabin to RMNP east entrance is glorious! This cabin was stocked with amenities from the fireplace which kept the entire place warm on the cool rainy nights we had, to the kitchen full of everything you need. The water is hot for showers, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and relaxing in the living room while playing guitar was so great! Communication with the host, Taylor and Tyler was easy and their response was fast! Their directions, explanations, and information was very detailed. We had no problems, but if we did, I am confident that they would have been on the spot to assist. Our only disappointment is that we didn't see a bear or a mountain lion. I'm sure I'm leaving out some other awesome things, but overall, 10 out of 5 stars for this gem! Thank you Taylor and Tyler for the stay!
