Beautiful, quiet mountain neighborhood with trails and parks in Gold Canyon, AZ. We are in the foothills of the gorgeous Superstition Mountains and Dinosaur Mountain. Boyce Thompson Arboretum, hiking trails, golfing, and breathtaking mountain views are all within a short walk or drive. The Renaissance festival (Feb - Mar - Apr) is just a 15-minute drive away! Shopping & restaurants nearby just off of Signal Butte and US 60. The Casita is attached to the main home with a locked door in between. You'll have your own private gated entrance with a small side patio. There's a full living space with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and cable. The full kitchen comes with a 5 burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking necessities, tableware, glassware and silverware. There's a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The separate bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk in closet with lots of storage space and a washer and dryer.
