This is a spacious, luxuriously renovated private home located 4.5 blocks from Playa's best beach. We are located in a vibrant neighbourhood that contains a mix of locals and vacationers. Turn left and you quickly arrive at some of Playa's best restaurants and the famous fifth avenue. Turn right and you will find more restaurants where locals and tourists mix, as well as large grocery stores and fantastic local markets. Everything is walking distance and Playa's best beach is only 5 minutes away.
This modern home has been recently renovated and features an open floor plan with high-end finishes including marble, granite and stainless steel. There is a full kitchen ideal for anything from making a simple smoothie or a margarita to preparing a complex meal. Have a smoothie before morning yoga at your breakfast bar, whip up a Thanksgiving turkey dinner and serve it on your dining room, or better yet, have ceviche cocktails and margaritas and enjoy them at your outdoor dining table. Connect to your Netflix account on our flat-screen smart TV and catch up on your favourite shows.
We feature two full marble bathrooms including a master spa bath with a double rain shower, high-end egyptian cotton towels and amenities. We have a water softener and plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

There is a beautiful oversized private patio and a lovely shared pool and garden area (photos to follow). The massive patio off of the back bedroom has a seating area with candles and recessed lighting as well as a hammock for lazing away the afternoons.
