“Lovely space, lovely building, lovely pool, lovely staff. Everything you need to have your stay feel like home. Perfect location to walk to everything. 38th is the prettiest street in Playa! We had the good fortune to have access to the private rooftop area with a small pool and seating area and it was so beautiful! Nice big comfortable bed. Lots of amenities like extra towels, extra toilet paper, beach chairs, washer and dryer, hand soap. Really, really appreciated all the extra touches! The self check in was super easy. We designed our condos to accommodate four people, with built-in mahogany cabinets and two bathrooms. Our customers have raved about the beauty and convenience we created for them. But if you need two-bedrooms, look at our spectacular penthouse at VRBO # 114396
Our poolside condos are tastefully and tropically decorated, with views of the gorgeous tiled pool and gardens. You'll love the peace and quiet of the garden level including the lovely small garden terrace off the master bedroom. Linen drapes and top down/bottom up cellular shades provide privacy as needed. Guests have access to our semi-private ROOFTOP TERRACE, with a romantic shade palapa, cool water plunge pool with waterfall, lounging/dining/ sleeping furniture, and views the sunset over Playa!
Arena Blanca is perfectly situated in the newer North End of Playa, a few steps to the quaint shops and restaurants of 'Little Italy' on Fifth Avenue. We are centrally located without being smack dab in the touristy (noisy) downtown.
