Welcome to our cozy North Idaho getaway! Please help us keep the home beautiful and enjoyable for everyone by following these simple house rules:
General Rules
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
No smoking of any kind inside the home, garage, or near open doors and windows.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and incense.
Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and may lead to additional cleaning or damage fees.
No parties or events allowed.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
Hot Tub Rules
Use the hot tub at your own risk.
No glass near or in the tub—plastic cups only.
Shower or rinse before use to keep water clean.
Replace the cover securely after each use.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
Please do not adjust the hot tub temperature settings.
Pet Policy
🐾 No Pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Please leave the home tidy—wash dishes, dispose of trash, and return items to their places. Garbage can in garage needs to have a garage insert in it before putting any garage in it.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can fix them promptly.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
