The Space:
All brand new!! Get that new - home feeling as you step through the door! 10 foot high ceilings and open floorplan provide a spacious feel .
All new appliances including a Samsung fridge with water and ice, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven. There's even an air fryer in this fully stocked kitchen!
Plenty of seating with a gorgeous new dining table with space for 8 adults or 10 kids and 3 more at the eat in kitchen counter.
Relax with your crew on the huge couch while enjoying the 65 inch Smart TV.
One queen bedroom downstairs, and four more rooms upstairs means plenty of space for friends and family!
The bonus kids area in the loft provides another 65 Inch Smart TV as well as games and activities for the kids and young at heart!
The master suite offers a comfortable brand new Casper king bed, a full bath with a double sink and a walk - in closet and a 40 inch Smart TV.

Minutes from Flagstaff and only 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon visitor center, Bellemont is home to Camp Navajo Army base used for National Guard Training . The site of an iconic scene in the movie, Easy Rider, the Pine Breeze Inn still sits along Old Route 66
Bellemont boasts an elevation of over 7000 feet encompassing all the Northern Arizona has to offer.
Bring your bikes and scooters! Our neighborhood has quiet residential streets for the kids to ride, and there are some nice trails nearby.
Getting Around:
Highway 40 (Old Route 66) is nearby to take you wherever your adventures lead.
Other Things to Note:
The gas grill is connected to the house with natural gas. Please be sure to close the valve when finished.
Please put the outdoor cushines in the storage bin when not in use.
