Located only an hour north of San Francisco in beautiful Sonoma County, Fallen Tree Ranch offers all who visit, a peaceful retreat from the hectic hustle and bustle of every-day life.
Enjoy all the comforts of being home. Relax in the 6 person sauna, soak in the hot tub and enjoy a swim in the pool. If you prefer to be more active, the Sebastopol Golf Course is a two minute walk away, through the redwoods and valley oaks that encircle our property.
The expansive back patio has stunning views. Meandering pathways lead to the discovery of a natural play ground, complete with an incredible climbing structure gifted to us by an old fallen oak. This natural living bridge spans the seasonal brook which flows alongside the neighboring golf course. Fruit trees, vegetable and herb gardens offer seasonal delights for guests.
Wineries abound and in minutes, you can walk between the pristine vineyards down the frontage road next to the house and find two of the finest tasting rooms in the area. The stunning rugged beauty of Northern California's coastline is only 20 minutes away, with some of the finest restaurants, shopping centers and artist colonies within the same distance.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Fallen Tree Ranch is 10. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.

Pool Temperature: The swimming pool is heated by solar. During the summer months, the pool is typically around 75 degrees and will stay fairly warm through September. Off-Season Rates are significantly lower when the pool is not heated, so take advantage to rent this wonderful family home at a discount!

Although we can't allow large events at the home, Vine Hill House, a country property that does host events, is just a mile and a half down the road. Longer Stays: From October-April, Fallen Tree Ranch is available for longer stays at a reduced rate. For stays 30 nights or longer, guests are subject to a more rigorous screening process, including credit and background checks.
