Private condo located on the scenic westside of Colorado Springs, you'll be minutes from the Garden of the Gods & Old Colorado City. Plus Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon, and the Downtown nightlife are all located within 5 miles of this launch pad, providing plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for everyone! This is an older building that has been renovated, it has no A/C but does have fans installed to keep the place cool. Although it will sleep 4, it is a 2 bedroom unit and stocked as such, maxing out the occupancy will effect the comfort of your stay. Please review all pictures and ask any questions before booking.
This trendy, cheery condo combines style & comfort. In the living room you’ll find a cute sofa with ottoman stools that provide a view of the mountains. Also features a 55 inch Roku Tv to login & stream your favorite shows!
Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses & pillows, ceiling fans, closets with hangers & a luggage rack for your suitcase. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40 in Roku Tv, along with a desk & office chair. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave & fridge, and is stocked with dishes & basic cooking supplies for preparing a meal. Also has a table for two, kuerig coffee maker, and complimentary k-cups & snacks!
Guest will have full access to this unit via smart lock to come & go as they please, as well as a patio/porch area out front.
Other things to note:
This condo is an Upper unit in a Fourplex building. There are dogs in two of the units but all pets will be on a leash when outside. On warm days deer will occasionally rest in the back behind the property.
