Located right at the edge of the Catalina Mountain Range, this house is perfect for entertaining. It has very comfortable living spaces and is extremely well equipped. This home has a very private feel.
The house features a state of the art Solar Electric System that is integrated into the local power grid. We feel great that the system meets all of our power needs, and at times actually feeds power back into the grid.
