Highlights of our property include a security gate, kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, double electric burner, purified bottled drinking water, Queen sized bed and comfortable Sofa bed (room for 3 guests total), quiet Mini-Split air conditioning, Satellite TV, 1 full bathroom, beach and bath towels, professional local management, and so much more. The unit maintains much of its original charm and the photos are current.
Location, location, location! Our condo offers an ocean view, and is adjacent to the Cozumel ferry and above the famous Senior Frogs. It’s a short walk to the supermarket, 1 block from the nearest ATM machine, and only 2 blocks from the bus station. We’re also near the Playacar Golf Course. The plaza has a unique, rustic charm with an off-the-beaten-path feel, making it an ideal spot for budget-conscious travelers and adventurous backpackers. While the setting is simple and minimally maintained, it offers an authentic, no-frills experience for those looking to immerse themselves in a more local atmosphere.
Please be aware that seaweed is a natural phenomenon that hits Quintana Roo beaches. There is no specific season for it. We have no control of it, being a natural phenomenon we cannot process any refund related to it.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Due to the convenient downtown location of Plaza Marina, at times guests have experienced noise from nearby restaurants and bars. We recommend this unit for people traveling with friends or a romantic couples retreat who are looking to be in the heart of the action!
