Positive: First and foremost, the location of this property was nothing short of ideal. Nestled in the heart of 5th Avenue, it provided convenient access to everything you could possibly need for a memorable trip. From a variety of delightful restaurants and vibrant bars to beautiful beaches and exciting activities, all the attractions were just a stone's throw away. In fact, the location truly emerged as the standout feature of our stay. Additionally, the privacy offered by having our own rooftop pool and dedicated space was a remarkable bonus. It allowed us to unwind in a serene setting, away from the hustle and bustle, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the overall safety of the area; we felt secure and at ease during our entire stay, which only added to the positive experience. In conclusion, this property not only met our expectations but exceeded them, primarily due to its exceptional location and the comfort it provided.

Negative: While our stay at this property had its advantages, there are several areas for improvement that could enhance the overall experience. I understand that the property is on the market, which may influence the owner's willingness to invest further, but considering the rental price, updates are necessary. 1. The quality of towels and linens needs significant improvement. The current supplies are old, mismatched, and come in varying sizes, which detracts from the overall comfort. Although we requested fresh towels and linens, an investment in higher quality items would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, some bedding had noticeable stains, which is concerning. 2. The cleanliness of the house fell short of expectations. We noticed dust and dirt in closets, on the floors, and throughout the rooftop area. A more thorough cleaning routine with careful attention to detail would be beneficial. Moreover, the cushions and daybeds on the rooftop were stained, and the pool also needed better upkeep. 3. We encountered a situation where the host issued a complaint regarding noise levels. It seemed that she assumed we were responsible, despite the fact that we were not present during the alleged disturbances. The actual noise appeared to be coming from the neighboring apartment, and we hope this situation wasn’t a result of profiling our family. A more open line of communication regarding noise complaints would improve the experience for all guests. 4. Although parking is available, the space is quite small and our family vehicle was unable to fit. Given that the property is marketed as family-friendly, it would be helpful for the listing to explicitly mention the parking limitations, especially since larger vehicles are common among families. Overall, addressing these concerns could make the property a truly outstanding destination for future guests.
