The house has a warm and light feel to it. The beautifully handcrafted furniture made from local woods accent the aesthetically pleasing design. Located 1.5 hour drive from Liberia International Airport (LIR), 10 min by car to small grocery stores and restaurants in the area and 30 min to more shops and nightlife in Tamarindo. Overall the perfect location!
The Space:
The property has its own private parking lot which is gated and lockable (enough space for 2 vehicles).
An open living room space with two soft and inviting sofas is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table, which seats 4, and overlooks the pool.
Through sliding glass doors, the kitchen opens to the outdoor patio area and pool. The covered patio has a BBQ grill and outside kitchen space with a large dining table which seats six.
Cleverly situated in the kitchen, behind beautiful wooden doors, are the washer and dryer!
MASTER BEDROOM W/ EN-SUITE BATHROOM:
It features a king size bed framed by custom wood closet accommodating ample storage space. The stylish en-suite bath has a bidet toilet and a waterfall shower head fixture which provides a relaxing spa-like experience.
The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and curtains open out to the patio/pool area and offer a beautiful view.
SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS:
The second bedroom has a queen size custom bed designed with drawers beneath for clothing and storage, and a small bedside table. Additionally, this room has a cozy sofa chair with an adjacent table.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with the same design (drawers beneath), and a small bedside table.
These two bedrooms share the second bath, beautifully designed with a waterfall shower as well.
