Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is in an established/older, non-HOA working-class community that many of our wonderful neighbors have called home for 20+ years. Catalina offers a charming, rural environment, where you may see or hear local animals including goats, sheep, birds, roosters, dogs, & coyotes in the distance.
Please note: the back yard consists of typical desert landscaping & includes two ocotillo plants & a cactus that have thorns. Please be sure that you're comfortable with this before booking & exercise caution when exploring the yard to ensure your safety during your stay.
Catalina has a grocery store (only 5 minutes from the house), with a large selection of prepared food, as well as several fast food & restaurant options. You can also have Door Dash deliver food right to the door!
Rules:
- No smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal & furniture cleaning.
- Any tampering with security cameras or router will result in booking being canceled with no refund.

Security:
For your safety and security, we have three exterior security cameras. Two are above the garage that capture video/audio of the front of the house including the driveway, the front yard/door & the side yard, & the third is on the opposite side of the house and captures video/audio of the area outside of the fenced yard. Areas within the fenced in yard are completely private with no cameras.
