An exceptional property for the discriminating traveler. On an acre, the 2029 square foot Buck ‘N Ham Palace is located at 7000 feet in the Tall Pines, between Flagstaff and Williams, the Gateway to the Grand Canyon.
This is the perfect place to stay to experience so much of what Northern Arizona offers! We are located almost midway between the Grand Canyon to the North, and Sedona to the South. The Meteor Crater to the East, and Sycamore Falls to the West.

With room for up to 12, Buck ‘N Ham Palace has four comfortable and elegant bedrooms. We equip the 2 King bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms all with luxury beds and luxury bedding with high-thread-count sheets. The large king bedroom downstairs also has a twin sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Bunk room one has a twin over twin bunk bed and a super comfortable queen futon. Bunk room two has the same bunk bed, plus a full futon with super-luxury mattress.

Family get-togethers fit in the great open floor plan including a huge great room with its fireplace and huge picture windows looking out on the forest, and the large dining room open to the kitchen. When the weather is nice, the huge front deck is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. The rear deck holds the Weber Grill and lots of seating for outdoor dining.
Near the Grand Canyon, hiking, skiing (two slopes within 30 minutes), the Oak Hill Snowplay Area, fishing, biking, quadding, and a variety of family activities, including Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Deer Farm, a great children’s petting zoo, Buck ‘N Ham Palace is in a perfect location. It is just ten minutes from Route 66 in historic downtown Williams, Arizona, and the Grand Canyon Railway where children, and the young at heart, can take a ride on the Polar Express during the Holidays, or take the historic train to the Grand Canyon
