The first floor is built around a large living room
bright, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool via large bay windows. The living room, warm with its
wood stove, and the dining room offer generous
volumes and a neat decoration, mixing materials
natural and contemporary touches. The kitchen,
fully equipped, seduces with its central island in
marble and its large table that can accommodate twenty guests — all bathed in natural light facing the pine trees.
