Sabbia is located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave. There are numerous restaurants within 5-8 min walk from Sabbia complex: La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery), Como Como (Mediterranean), Da Gigi (Italian), Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices),Coffee Cafe (coffee and desserts), Xocolatier (coffees, desserts, salads, and sandwiches), La Portena (Argentinian) and many more along the 5th Avenue and the downtown core, all within walking distance. Sabbia is located in the area where many Canadian and American expats live and socialize. Many of our guests come back every year and have already booked the condo for two or three consecutive winters. Our property manager lives in the complex, and the Sabbia services team is always available to address the guest's questions and concerns.
