We allow small gatherings like birthdays and bachelorette parties. We DO NOT allow house parties or ragers. We LOVE our neighbors and please ask you to be conscious of them. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.

The property is monitored with outdoor security cameras.

Rules:
• No large parties or events of any kind allowed – Small celebrations are fine but must be communicated in advance and noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm – 7am. If we must ask you to leave for noise violations or a party, you will be fined $500
• No smoking allowed. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash can located OUTSIDE the property. You will be fined $500 for smoking inside
• Pets must be approved.
• No unregistered guests allowed. You will be charged an additional fee of $50 per unregistered guest
• Please respect the noise curfew – no loud noise between 10pm – 7am
• No tampering with outdoor cameras or noise devices. If you unplug a security or noise device, you'll be removed from the property without a refund.
• Do not leave the grill or fire pit unattended and on when not in use

You're welcome to park in the driveway or garage.
