As you step through the front door of this 2000-square-foot home, you're immediately drawn to the open floor plan. “So much room for activities!”. The newly renovated space offers a comfortable living room, fully stocked and stunning kitchen with island seating for 5, a dining room with seating for 6 and a gorgeous pool table for some indoor entertainment. The well-stocked laundry room will ensure that your wardrobe will be ready for your next big adventure. This is the moment you know your vacation has officially started! You might even think: “Who needs to go to Old Town Scottsdale when we have such an amazing place to stay?! Let's just hang out!”.
--SLEEPING QUARTERS--
The home includes a split bedroom floor plan, which enhances guests’ privacy. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a large television, a reclining chair, access to the backyard oasis, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and a large TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms include ceiling fans.

Hungry?! As you walk into the backyard, you’ll see that the BBQ is waiting for you. At this point, I’m sure you’re thinking, “Now, this is paradise!”. You’ll notice the outdoor dining table with seating for 10, a TV to watch the game, a full refrigerator for conveniently storing your drinks, a hot tub that overlooks the pool, 8 patio recliners, a group seating area under a pergola, and a sparkly clean pool. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a trip with your family or friends, we’re sure that the outdoor amenities will impress you!
Imagine, your friends at home will be shoveling snow or just trying to stay warm and dry and you’ll be basking in the sun, sipping your favorite brew, sending them selfies.
You’ll have full access to the private home and backyard.
Since you will be renting the entire house, I will not be onsite to answer any questions, but I am just a phone call, text message or email away.

• Arriving: Once you find the front door, enter the personalized key-code provided to you (will be sent within 24 hours of your stay). Press the word "Schlage" on the pin pad to activate the pin pad. Then enter code. When leaving the home, please lock the door by once again pressing the word "Schlage" on the pin pad. Please make sure the door is locked when leaving the home.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
• Early Check-in / Check-out: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight time frame, we don’t allow early check ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Pool Maintenance: The pool and spa are professionally cleaned and serviced on a set schedule once per week. A pool cleaning net is provided and may be used to remove debris from the pool between professional cleanings. Please be advised that the cleaning crew will need to enter the backyard area to clean the pool. The pool cleaning company will not inform you before entering the backyard. Be prepared to see the pool cleaning company personnel and please do not inhibit the pool cleaners from cleaning or servicing the pool. Thanks!
• Housekeeper: One of our house keepers will be at the home routinely to take the trash cans out to the street on a weekly basis.
• • Outdoor Lounge, BBQ and Pool Features • •
• BBQ: PLEASE LIGHT WITH CAUTION. Cooking utensils can be found in the kitchen.
• Windy Conditions: Please carefully monitor drinks, towels, toys, umbrellas, etc. as wind gusts may occur in this area.
• The Hot Tub / Pool Hours: 8am until 10pm. Please use hot tub cover holder attached to side of hot tub. See printed house manual for directions for use.
• Fire Pit: PLEASE LIGHT WITH CAUTION. Please turn off gas after use.
CHECK- OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
This home has self-checkout. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth check-out and no additional charges being billed after leaving.
Late checkout is possible (based on availability). Please see the “Additional Fees” in our house rules for more info.
1. TOWELS: Please place all dirty bathroom towels in laundry room. Although it is a kind gesture, PLEASE DO NOT WASH ANY LINENS OR TOWELS.
2. POOL TOWELS: Please place dirty pool towels in a separate pile beside the laundry closet.
3. BBQ: Grill must be cleaned (once it has cooled off).
4. DISHES / UTENSILS / COFEE POT: Please wash and put away. If you have dirty dishes in the dishwasher, please run it before you leave.
5. FOOD ITEMS: All items left in the fridge will be donated (if appropriate).
6. RECYCLING: Please take all recycling (glass, paper, cardboard, aluminum cans) to the large pink bin beside the carport.
7. TRASH: Please dispose of trash by placing in black bins (in the backyard).
8. FURNITURE: All furniture (indoor and outdoor) placed back it its original place
(if it was moved).
9. WINDOWS / DOORS: All windows, doors closed and locked (very important)
10. LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights.
