Positive: Spacious and good location with nice rooms, well decorated and good facilities. The views are spectacular.

Negative: It is tired looking, especially on the outside where area was dirty on arrival and furniture was filthy. In fact outside area was so bad it immediately caused disappointment with the property. The external house decoration was also tired looking. The inside of the house was clean on arrival. There were several issues which to be fair were resolved politely and quickly by friendly maintenance people. Fundamentally it was a $15,000 value that cost $25,000 - the property did not match the location and views. Not enough refrigeration space for 12 people. Many windows did not easily lock and easy (non-secure) entrance to property from both sides of front of house.

Summary: Wonderful location let down by tired external facilities and issues of ageing property. Despite this we had a great vaca
