Summary: I wanted to stay at a Marriott property while I was in the area since I'm a Bonvoy member. Unfortunately, the stay was okay. More than likely, in the future I will stay at a Hilton property next time since there's an abundance of those around that area. The good: -Room was spacious, helped since we were traveling with a baby. Bathroom was a separate from the shower so essentially you get a half bathroom with the toilet and sink, and another half bathroom with the shower and bigger sink. (Sidenote: No stove, just a microwave and small fridge--not that it mattered). -Staff was nice and welcoming. The bad: -Checked in around 8pm on a Friday, didn't realize until we took our shoes off but the carpet area by the shower room was entirely wet. Our bed was about 3ft from the entrance of the shower room. The wet area took about 4-6 towels to cover the wet area. -Staff again was helpful but never offered me another room, just offered me dry towels to lay on the carpet and free snacks. I did email the Cleaning manager Geneah, she never contacted me back, no follow up, no nothing. I was there 3 days, no one ever cleaned my room or checked the carpet. So it was what it was. -One of the elevators was down but that's something the hotel can't control.
