With no neighbors to the south and west, except for the Pacific Ocean and a large open field, enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this beachfront home.
The home has ocean views from the main living area, kitchen, dining room, and two of the three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Kitchenaid appliances, coffee maker and keurig, blender, pots, pans, CrockPot, and everything you need to make your family meals.
