Now this is Living. This modern gem placed like a jewel in downtown Mesa. Fully remodeled, two primary bedrooms, plus two additional bedrooms, and a large backyard and pool to entertain year round. Plenty of room for everyone in the great room to enjoy a movie or a sporting event. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the great room. The kitchen has everything to cook a meal, with plenty of prep space, cabinets, and a coffee bar. Enjoy a chat or a cup of coffee at the kitchen island table. The rustic round dining table sets the stage for great conversation and memories with family and friends. Primary bedroom #1 is split from the other bedrooms and has a spa-like en suite bath, amazing king bed and luxurious linens. There is a TV for viewing from bed. On the west side of the home are 3 bedrooms that share a central bath. Primary bedroom #2 is large and roomy and has a king bed, TV, and beautiful desk for working from home. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed at the rear of the home and bedroom 4 is an office with two twin beds. There is an indoor laundry area and super fast Wi-Fi throughput the home and outside.
Step outside and you will be amazed at the large heated lap pool with spacious Baja lounge shelf giving it a modern vibe. Relax around the pool in the many seating and lounging areas. The landscaping is kept pristine. There is a gas firepit too for enjoying the Arizona evenings. Play some corn hole on the grassy area of the yard or have a BBQ with family and friends. The backyard is magical and will undoubtedly create memories.
Everything is close! Chicago Cubs and Oakland A's spring training facilities are both within 2 miles. Hiking, The Apache Trail, World Class Golfland Sunsplash and so much more. The home is 3 miles from the Superstition (60) and Red Mountain (202) Freeways and you have access to everything metro Phoenix has to offer.
Walk one block to the revitalized downtown Mesa for bars, a great assortment of restaurants, coffee shops and antique shops, as well as the light rail station that can take you straight to downtown Tempe or Phoenix to a Diamondbacks or Suns Game.
