The space
Entire house on corner on levels 2 and 3, totally private and walled. In-ground 12'x30' pool . Private house is very spacious with different rooms perfect for one or two families or friends. 2 queen bedrooms , one has also a queen futon. 2 x-long twin bedroom with a full futon. The twin beds are extra long and can convert to a king if requested. Lovely kitchen, with bar, BBQ on dining deck off kitchen.
TV room, lounge room, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in the house, with a 1/2 bath at the pool also. Easy walk to the marina and all that Cabo has to offer at this ideal location. Great restaurants close-by.
Our first guest missed the window to submit his review, but their stay was Dec. 19-30, 2022. Here it is:
"The hosts, Sharley and Martin , were fantastic! They are very friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating. They have ived in Los Cabos for over 30 years and provided us with some amazing recommendations for restaurants, boat cruises, sight seeing and best local beaches. The house is very clean, well appointed and comfortable, the beds are amazingly comfortable. We found the house in great condition and the kitchen had everything we needed, every room had air conditioning. The private swimming pool provided a great escape from the afternoon heat, and they had someone come by every morning to clean the pool. The house is located in a residential area and a few minutes' walk, (literally 3 minutes walk) to dozens of great local restaurants, and about 5 minutes walk, all flat, no hills, to the shopping mall, marina and downtown attractions, you don't need a car if you plan to stay around downtown. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Cabo! --Vince B
