Directly facing the tennis courts in the beautiful Racquet Club in Scottsdale ranch! Everything is new.... appliances, furniture and furnishings, and wood laminate floors in the bedrooms. Beautiful travertine throughout the rest of this Casita and granite too!
Master bedroom has a king-bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. We are working on uploading new pics! Enjoy your coffee every morning on the huge outside patio watching the pros teach!
If you love grass and beautiful flowers and landscaping, this gated community offers not only fountains and streams in abundance, but sidewalks and walking paths around the entire community.
Our tennis amenities include 6 lighted hard courts, one of which is a championship court with grandstand seating and an observation deck. We also have one hardcourt designated for pickleball. Additionally, we feature 2 grass courts.
We offer 5 different pools and 6 spas situated on the grounds which are heated year round. The grounds feature lighted walkways, trails, lush gardens various fountains and streams which flow into serene ponds.
The fitness center is well equipped and there are even yoga classes taught by a local resident yogi.
