The house is perfectly situated about 1 block away between two great Solana Beach beaches, Beach #1) Fletcher Cove Park Beach with a grassy play ground area and basketball court as well, and Beach #2) Tide Cove Park which has a bit more of a private feel to it (the surfer's spot!).
This 3BD/2BA Upper Scale Furnished Vacation Rental Home with 4 beds offers more than you can imagine, just steps to the train station, so you actually don't need a car (once you have your groceries) because of the train station access you can visit Petco Park & all the way up to LA which now has a special tram to even more Santa Monica beaches. On a side note, during Del Mar Horse Racing Season (this year's summer season from July 18th, 2018 to September 3rd, 2018), the double decker buses at the train station offer free pick up and free drop off with a ride to and from the races to the front gates of the Del Mar Race Track!
The bedrooms in the house are very large with ample closet and dresser space. They have beauty rest beds, 5 star bedding, and sheets as you may notice in the pictures on this profile.
The Living Room & Kitchen area is large and open.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishware & silverware for up to 15 people allowing groups to be able to entertain large family holiday dinners, etc..
The kitchen table also expands if needed to seat 8 comfortably.
The owners live downstairs with a completely separate backyard, & separate back east entry gate to the back east street called "Sierra".
Guests can enter the home from the upper west street at 316 Clark St. in Solana Beach, CA 92075 (& of course you can also find this address on Google Maps).
The front yard looks out at the homes on the cliffs with great sunset skies & you can hear the waves often with an on shore eastern wind.
There are boogie boards and stand up paddle boards available and rental bikes are available to rent around the corner (about 1 block away.).
This neighborhood is very quaint, beachy, and quiet and you can even sometimes hear the train in the morning, making you feel like you're in a small mid-west home town... yet right across from the beach! :)
There is ample parking in front of this home on the street at all times.
There are privacy bushes currently in the front of this home if you happen to look at the old Google Map pictures from years ago which may not show these bushes.
The house has excellent Central Heating & Air Conditiong.
The hallway bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.
