There are two private patios - one facing the pool (close but not too close) and the other looks out to the San Jacinto Mountains. Your patio has a BBQ and table and chairs for those fabulous Palm Springs nights. The unit comes with a washer and dryer and everything you need for a fantastic vacation. mesquite has beautiful walking trails and it’s just across the street from the golf course clubhouse. Our property is located inside a secure gated community. As registered guests, you will receive an access card that allows you to enter and exit the gates freely throughout your stay.

• Visitors, Ubers/Lyfts, and food delivery drivers are not granted direct gate access.
• If you are expecting a visitor, ride-share, or delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), you will need to meet them at the front gate to let them in.
• The community does not offer remote “buzz-in” access for non-registered guests.
