Walk to the nearby trailhead for one of AZ's best and most scenic hikes! Stroll into town to enjoy Cave Creek/Carefree's nightlife, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Our luxury property is the perfect retreat for families, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Our property features an evening-shaded backyard with something for everyone, including a heated pool and spa (additional fees may apply), a peaceful waterfall, BBQ, and an outdoor TV facing the hot tub and pool. Watch the gorgeous Arizona sky change colors in the mornings and evenings. There is a primary suite on one end with all other large guest suites on the north side. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Get playful in the game room located in the garage with ping pong, air hockey, and a basketball arcade game, offering hours of playtime for all ages! This trendy North Scottsdale neighborhood is truly one of a kind.
TV's are Smart TV's with many popular streaming and TV apps, and include Roku TV for live television.

Pool heat: $75 p/day + taxes. Requires advance notice. Please note the actual pool temperatures can vary based on weather and ambient temperature. We strive to ensure pool heating however, we cannot guarantee it if/when the weather drops below 50 degrees. To assist with maintaining the pool heat, we kindly ask for the pool to be covered overnight. Please note that once checked into the property, we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures. Hot tub is included, no additional charge and maintained at 101-103 degrees Fahrenheit. No diving. No glass in/near the pool. Plastic dishware provided.

While the property is ideal for entertaining, we have a zero tolerance part/event policy. The city of Cave Creek prioritizes peaceful neighborhoods and any imposed fines, will be charged to you or your party.
