In the house, you immediately notice the split-level design. Chose to go downstairs and a nicely furnished media room with flat screen TV welcomes you. The media room leads you to the two downstairs bedrooms; each bedroom comes with queen-sized beds. A downstairs patio loops half way around the unit and can be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room.
The master bedroom, located on the upper level, is fit for royalty and furnished with a queen-sized bed. There is a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Just past the walk-in closet is the en-suite bath, which has his and her sink, plus a separate shower and bathtub. Double doors from the master bedroom lead out to one of several patios where you can seat and enjoy a San Felipe margarita or any other drink of your choice, while taking in the beautiful sunset or sunrise, or simply chill-out.
A second vibrant living room is located on the upper floor with flat screen TV and Roku TV hookup. A fireplace for cooler nights is sure to keep you warm while catching up on your favorite TV show.
The full gastronome kitchen presents beautiful granite counter-tops and five star appliances all seasoned to make preparing meals a delightful experience. A good-sized kitchen island with bar stools is great for those quick meals before you head out and enjoy one of the numerous fun activities in San Felipe . Next to the kitchen in the dinning area with an expandable table that seats up to 8guests. In the mood for some BBQ? The kitchen connects to a semi-covered patio with in built gas BBQ. Enjoy your BBQ on the specially woven patio chairs.

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
