The flooring includes a rectangular ceramic tile that flows nicely throughout. Fireplace in the family room. The spacious backyard features an inground pool. Outdoor furniture includes 2 chaise loungers, 2 oversized chairs with ottomans and a large glass top square table. There is also an above-ground hot tub. There is a safety screen that can be placed around the pool if needed. *Early check in may be possible at an additional cost*
During the winter the pool is not constantly heated. The pool MAY be heated at an additional cost based on time of year. Pool temperatures are subject to outside temperatures and time exposure to direct sunlight. Winter-time temperatures vary often, and the pool can be maintained between 75 and 82 degrees if elected.
Prices to heat pool during your full stay (must pay for entire stay and not limit to select days). Pool also takes 48 hours to fully get up to temperature so we require you let us know if you would like it heated 48 hours before check in
