At the same time, the property offers convenient driving access to Lake Powell and Goblin Valley State Park, making it easy to experience multiple iconic destinations from one central base.
Spend the day hiking through Capitol Reef’s red rock canyons, boating or exploring the shoreline at Lake Powell, or walking among the unique rock formations at Goblin Valley. Then return to a quiet desert setting with open views and exceptional stargazing.
The studio features clean Scandinavian design and a mirrored exterior that complements the surrounding mesas while enhancing daytime privacy. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides fills the space with natural light and frames wide red rock views. Remote-controlled shades provide full privacy and comfort in the evening.
