Summary: Let me begin by saying that we've stayed at this hotel chain before in Mexico City. This location is nothing like the one we've been at before. The rooms are dirty (curtains, carpets and chairs). We requested to move to a cleaner room upon arrival and the one we got was only a bit better. We had to call the receptionist again for a working remote for the TV and remote and hand soap. Overall, it was a good location and the staff were nice but the rooms need updates. And cleaning.
