Two bedroom penthouse condo located in the exclusive Quinta Luna condo complex which has one of the only sandy private beachfronts in Puerto Aventuras. Our unit has been fully renovated and upgraded with the finest furnishings but still has that tropical feel.

The living room is spacious and looks out to the Caribbean Sea. Free wifi, Free bottled water, telephone with 30 minute free calls to Canada and USA, safe, TV, DVD player with large selection of DVDs, google chrome-cast to use with your iPad for movie streaming directly to TV. Large dining room area seats six or more comfortably. Fully equipped newly renovated gourmet kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, wine fridge, coffee maker, large stove top and oven. New Bottled Water Dispenser with free bottled water included. Stainless steel gas BBQ on front terrace.

Master bedroom has comfortable king size bed with walk out terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and beachfront. Sleep soundly under the brick dome ceiling, with the terrace doors open enjoy the tropical breeze and the sound of the ocean. Master en-suite has been fully renovated with walk-in rain head shower.

Guest bedroom is large with 2 double size bunk beds (single on top) with the same beautiful brick dome ceiling as the master bedroom. Guest bathroom also newly -renovated with large walk-in shower.

The first gem of our unit is the terrace that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and private beachfront. The terrace has a gas BBQ, dinning table, 2 chaise loungers and comfortable seating area for four.

The second gem of our unit is the private beachfront complete with enough sun loungers for everyone with palapas for shade. Swim in the large infinity pool or snorkel in the sea directly from our beach. Our unit also has a bodega storage unit on the ground floor level near the pool with a full size fridge, pool floaters, toys and gulf clubs for guest’s use. Store your drinks in this fridge to enjoy your day on the beach or at the pool - no need to run back up to the condo! Bathroom also available on ground floor close to pool area.

Quinta Luna condominium has a full time manager, night security, housekeeping (extra cost), laundry facilities (small fee applies), full size fitness room (use anytime, no charge) and elevator.

Just a short walk or bike ride away (2 adult bikes included) are many shops, restaurants, and dolphin viewing area.

Christmas and New Year week is now available for a minimum 7 night stay with Saturday changeover. Please contact us if desired dates are more than 7 nights or if check in is not on a Saturday, we may be able to accommodate your request.
