Summary: I’ve stay at this hotel before, the rooms and communal areas are in good conditions, well maintained. The only problem with the room it’s the towels, really old. Supervisors or people in charge weren’t there at our check in, which was at 3pm, the employee did his best to assist us. He asked for a deposit, we have stay in valle, in different places and we have never been asked for something like that, mostly because we always use hotels.com to process reservations. The included breakfast is fruit and pancakes, we were never inform that continental breakfast didn’t included proteins, they offered chilaquiles for an extra price. It’s not prices or paying extra, it’s that there’s not communication from the beginning of how the place works or what includes. We got engaged at this place in 2017, wanted to come back and live the great customer service they had before, it was more personal attention than nowadays.
