Our Puerto Vallarta home on the beach is a wonderful condo in the perfect tropical location. Watch the sunset from your balcony while enjoying the view of the peaceful blue waters of Banderas Bay. Our condo is the building Condomar (on the Sunscape Resort property) Puerto Vallarta is beachfront in the heart of the hotel district. You will NOT be allowed to use the pool or access the beach through Sunscape. There is beach access as 20 min walk away or a short cab drive. Our condo is approximately a ten minute drive from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. Our Puerto Vallarta beachfront condo is approximately 730 sq. feet and is decorated with a Mexican flair. It is air conditioned with 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bath with sink area separated from the shower area (marble shower with bench), living room, dining room, kitchen and a balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove, sink, full size fridge, microwave, and everything you need to prepare for breakfast on the balcony or a romantic sunset dinner.
Dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, blender, toaster oven, and electric grill on the balcony are provided as well as bed linens and towels.
One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper (no metal rods).
From our large 15th floor balcony the view of the ocean and mountains is fantastic! You can see downtown Puerto Vallarta, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship, whales in season, as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.
We have outdoor blinds on the balcony for when the sun shines directly in. We also have a ceiling fan on the balcony for those warm days and evenings. Few of the condos in our building have these 2 items. We also have an electric grill on our balcony that you may use. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for you to take to the beach. Access is on the on the other side of La Isla Mall by the river and Oasis Restaurant. You can walk or take a taxi.
The maid cleans 1 time per week.
The bus to town stops In front of La Isla mall right next door to our building and is a short ride to downtown. Or you can catch a taxi. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. There is a laundry just down the street.
