Fully furnished 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, home in quiet Apache Junction neighborhood. We have created a comfortable outdoor living space to enjoy the spectacular Arizona weather. We have a large covered patio for outside living. We have a beautiful freeform heated pool with baja shelf, waterfall and spa, along with an area of maintenance free lawn all surrounded with a desert landscape. A 7 ft wall provides an atmosphere of privacy, especially nice for late night swims.
Inside there is a large master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom is smaller with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed arrangement which will sleep one.
The living room provides a great space for visiting and reading.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances. There is even an margarita maker. The family room off the kitchen has a 47' JVC flat screen television with satellite TV provided by Direct TV.
To stay in touch, high speed internet service is provided.
Apache Junction has a bit of an 'old west' feel. We are located at the base of the Superstition mountains. We are 20 minutes from both Saguaro and Canyon Lake. We're located 10 minutes from the Phoenix Williams gateway airport and 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The East Valley Cactus league ballparks are a short 20-30 minute drive away. We are away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close to hiking, golfing, waterparks, the mountains and many, many more outdoor activities.
Eating out. There are an abundance of eating out opportunities nearby, including fast food favorites In and Out burger and Chick-fil-A.
If you would like the 'typical' snowbird experience I'd suggest you look elsewhere, we don't have shuffleboard. However if you'd like to experience Arizona as a local we'd love to share it with you.
