The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, cycling and hiking. It is 7 minutes away from the upscale La Encatada mall offering shopping, gourmet dining along with special events featuring music, wine tasting and art exhibits through the year. Summer daytime temperatures are about 4 degrees cooler than downtown because of our elevation and the winter nighttime temperatures run at least 5 degrees warmer because we are off of the valley floor.
The house features breathtaking mountain views, gas grill and fenced yard. Relax in the secluded pool and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have queen beds. A spacious living room with two sofas and fireplace. One of the sofas can convert to sleeping space for additional two people. The house offers high ceilings and large windows that attract in streams of natural light. Traventine floors in the common areas and carpeted bedrooms. Covered rear patio is shaded at all times of the day so you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the mountains, without worrying about sunburn. There is plenty of outdoor sitting/lounging and dinning area. WiFi and cable service is included in the rent. All linens, cooking and dishware are provided. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you would need.
