The villa has 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites (3 king size and 2 queen size beds), 5 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Each floor is independent. Ideal for a group of friends or family (up to 14 guests). Villa Prince is located in a private and secure residence with many green spaces and shared leisure activities such as a gym and a pool.
You can enjoy your breakfast on your private pool deck, surrounded by lush nature or, enjoy your favorite cocktail at sunset, in the rooftop jacuzzi with a breathtaking 360° view over the jungle.

The first floor consists of a living area and a large bedroom with wide windows with views and direct access to the pool. The living space includes an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The garden has a dining area, a solarium and an outdoor shower around the pool.
On the first floor, you will find a master suite (king size bed and bathroom) with a balcony and a view of the jungle, as well as 2 bedrooms (queen size beds) with shared bathroom.
The 1730 sqf/160 M2 penthouse includes a loft and a roof top. The loft is a completely open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining, living and a master suite area. It is a place of life bathed in light thanks to large bay windows with a view of the jungle. A balcony will allow you to enjoy the sun while taking in the surrounding flora and fauna. The rooftop is equipped with a kitchen area, a barbecue, a dining room under a pergola, a lounge area and a jacuzzi spa.
All the decoration in the villa was created by craftsmen. 80% of the wood used for the furniture comes from a century-old tree that fell several years ago. For your personal comfort, Villa Prince has air conditioners and fans in all areas. All windows are equipped with sliding mosquito nets. The laundry room is on the 3rd floor with a washing machine and a dryer.
