The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious sectional sofabed, a 50” Smart TV, and an inviting dining area that seats six. The breakfast bar comfortably seats six more, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking or enjoying a meal prepared by a private chef.
- Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a private pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery. The terrace includes a shaded BBQ area for al fresco dining, a comfortable seating area, and ample space to lounge in the sun. Pool heating is available for $60 per day, and the hot tub’s first gas tank is included, with additional tanks available at guest expense.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is 35 miles away, approximately a 45-minute drive. Free parking is available, and the villa is within a 5-minute walk to downtown Cabo. Taxis and rideshares are readily accessible, offering easy transportation around the area.
We only provide the first gas tank full for heating the jacuzzi in case it is finished it will have to be paid at the guest`s expense (extra cost) and we can help them to order it.
The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $60 per day (must pay for entire duration of stay). However, because the jacuzzi is attached to the pool it will be a nice temperature.
