The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and an island bar and fully stocked with drip coffee maker, blender, spices, plates and cookware. The master bedroom has a new king size bed along with a 42" Roku TV and full size private bathroom which has a newly tiled shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed and a full size bathroom in the hallway. The quaint patio has a gas BBQ for grilling. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer for use.
