LIVING
Getaway and make yourself right at home in beautiful Scottsdale family-friendly home providing a private pool and plenty of room to spread out. Boasting a bright interior, mixed with modern whites and metals with the comforts of a huge sectional couch, you will feel right at home.
KITCHEN & DINING:
A fully equipped kitchen complete with gorgeous marble countertops, a large farmhouse sink, and a breakfast bar that will make for the perfect place to mingle with the chef of the group. When it's time to gather the group around to eat take a seat on the bench style dining room. You might find a surprise, if you keep reading about why that dining table is so special!
GROUNDS
Step outside as the days heat up and you will find a sparkling private swimming pool just waiting to provide sweet relief from the desert sunshine and a wonderfully landscaped backyard that is perfect for entertaining or relax with a good book in hand. Newly added Putting Green in the backyard for family fun! When the stars come out, everyone can gather around the fire pit.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The farm-style, 3 bedrooms offer ensuite amenities with double sinks and walk-in showers. Guest bedroom with bunk beds has its own private entry to the backyard and there is a sound alarm that will go off. Press the button prior to exiting & entering, if left open too long the alarm will sound.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
