In 2023/2024, the entire exterior of the building was completely removed down to the steel beams. Fire and waterproofing was updated to current code. The steel beams were repaired or replaced. New exterior walls/painting was done. The building now looks brand new. Summerhouse is now probably the safest oceanfront building in the Charleston area!!
A new HVAC unit was installed in 2025. In 2024, the master bath was remodeled with a large marble tiled walk-in shower with glass doors for easy access. Also, all windows were replaced with hurricane proof double panel windows. New flooring was added throughout the condo in 2022.
This condo has been created for your comfort, in the hope of giving you a feeling of home from the minute you open the door. To top it off, we even have a little beach buggy (wagon) for you to use during your stay, which makes it so much easier for families to get everything they need down to the beach in one trip. We just added a separate locked storage shed under the building specific for 303. All beach chairs and sand toys/wagon are stored there now.
Pickleball Players, Wild Dunes has 6 pickleball courts for your playing pleasure. They are located on court 18 at the tennis facility. Bring your paddles!
