The Space:
An incredibly stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Playa called Zazil-ha, just 2 blocks from the beach and steps to the famous 5th Avenue!
The main spaces of the 1,144 sq ft suite:
- Luminous studio-style open floor concept with a plush king bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV for spending relaxing downtime at home. You have an ample-sized wardrobe to unpack and make yourself feel at home.
- Direct access to a private terrace with seating where you can breathe in the fresh air.
- You’ll have a mini fridge and a coffee maker to help you get the day started.
- A cute dining table for 2 where you can enjoy some tasty eats at home and also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- A full modern bathroom with spacious stand-in shower and rainfall showerhead.
- Free underground parking too in the event you come by car.
Guests also have access to the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar lounge at the building which features tables, chairs, sun loungers, a wet bar and bar area, and spectacular ocean views.
This place is a vacation paradise! From the minute you enter The Shore you’ll feel relaxed as the complex is filled with tranquil fountains and lush tropical scenery. You certainly won’t need a car but if you have one, you’ll have free parking on-premise in the underground parking lot.
There’s so much to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!
You’ll be just steps from Coco Beach and beach clubs like Las Hijas, Mandarino, Martina, and a bit further south are Coralina and Mamitas Beach Clubs. These are great spots to spend the day soaking in the sun and having fun! Or stroll down 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching!
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the rooftop pool and lounge area, and gym onsite.

The building has a spa with a sauna and massage room. If you wish to make use of any of these facilities, a reservation needs to be made at the front desk. Getting Around:
The suite is about 54 km or 33.5 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in The Shore condo building. There’s an underground parking lot with free parking at the complex if you’re renting a car, making it very convenient! If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park and display your parking ticket on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or colectivo (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located a block away from the building. The construction is already in progress, so there may be potential noise in the area. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Please note that there is a connecting door to the unit next door (locks from both sides), and sometimes movement/noise can be heard from the adjoining unit.
Also, please let us know if you experience any issues with water pressure at any time. Once in a while, this problem occurs and unless we're made aware of it, we can't fix it. Thanks!
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned for an additional charge, just please let us know in advance.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Pool, common area regulations and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- During bar hours (12 pm to 8 pm), no drinks or food are allowed in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
