The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in Aldea Zama, a 4-min drive to the beach road at Coba or Kulkukan and to the center of town, where you’ll find trendy shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions. You can walk to town in 15 minutes! The beach is a 3.3 km|2-mile drive to the start of Tulum’s famous and lush beach path, filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-renowned dining, beach hotspots and clubs.
The best grocery store is Chedraui (1.5 km | 0.9 miles away), and you’ll be near the Tulum Ruins and refreshing cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area) like Cenote Escondido and Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve for a river float or visit an X-park|Eco-park like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

The condo is about 120 km|75 miles, or about a 2-hour drive, from Cancun International Airport (CUN). The new Tulum airport is now open, so you may want to check if your airline flies there! If you’re driving, check your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it varies based on the time of day. If not, it’s best to prearrange your airport transfers.
