Centrally located close to town. In the summer, the lake is 5 min away;in the winter, ski slopes are 30 min away at China Peak Ski Resort. Includes a Tesla or other EV vehicle fast charger.
NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC. This is a not a party pad - this is a small, quiet development with neighbors who live there full time - if you have a party, law enforcement will be called, you will be asked to leave.
No more than 2 vehicles in the driveway and no parking on the road (especially in the winter due to snowplows!)
