The second living area towards the back of the home offers plenty of space and flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island and stainless steel appliances.
The bedrooms are just as inviting. The primary bedroom has a luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each feature a queen bed for restful nights. The fourth bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, is perfect for kids or extra guests.
Outside, the expansive backyard paradise awaits! Enclosed for privacy, this space is perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunny days. A fully fenced pool with a waterslide offers hours of fun. Multiple patio areas with string lights are ideal for lounging. The side patio has ample seating, while the covered patio features two dining tables, a TV, and a grill great for family BBQs or shaded relaxation.
