The suite can be locked off from main portion of home, Both areas are completely furnished including appliances , granite counter tops, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, Dish Satellite TV and Comcast internet. There is also a detached 2 car garage. The home has 2 covered porches, one looking South with wonderful views of Tucson and the surrounding valley the other porch faces North with unobstructed views of the Saguaro studded Catalina Mountains. The home sits approximately 600ft higher than the City of Tucson. Home is accessed by gate house located at 9945 E Snyder Road it is located adjacent to Sabino Springs master planned connumity .
